Shipping area and carrier

We ship online orders within the United States using UPS. We do not offer international shipping. Please provide a complete street address that UPS can serve; UPS delivery to a PO box is not available for this service. If we identify an address or service restriction, we will contact you to arrange an available solution or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order.

Shipping cost

Standard UPS shipping is free for orders shipped within our eligible US delivery area, with no minimum purchase. There is no outbound shipping charge for an eligible exchange.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. UPS transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. The combined estimated processing and transit time is 4–10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Store opening hours do not change how these estimates are counted.

These are estimates, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and address issues can affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the revised estimate and explain your cancellation and refund options as required by law.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking details when your order ships. Check your shipping address before submitting an order, and contact us promptly if it needs correction; we cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a missing package, or a delivery you have not received, email info@dfashionenid.com with your order number. We will investigate with UPS and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Carrier tracking alone does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Returns and contact
